Return Window

You may return unused and unlit candles within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. The candles must be in their original condition with all packaging intact.

Unused Products

Candles must be unlit and unused. We cannot accept returns of candles that have been burned, even partially, due to hygiene and safety considerations.

Original Packaging

Products must be returned in their original packaging with all labels, lids, and protective materials intact.

Proof of Purchase

You must provide your original order number or receipt to process your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or practical reasons. These include lit or used candles, sale or clearance items marked as final sale, custom or personalized candles created specifically for you, and gift cards or membership subscriptions.

Package Your Items

Carefully package the candles in their original packaging along with the return authorization number. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Ship Back

Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your candles for a different scent or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the items you prefer.

For faster service, we recommend placing your new order before returning the original items to ensure the products you want remain in stock.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging our candles, but occasionally damage may occur during shipping.

If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Wrong Order Received

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect items.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders are processed and shipped, and our standard return policy applies.

International Returns

For international orders, please contact us before returning any items. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and customs fees are non-refundable.
